About Us

story

Read our story to learn why Ohio's most trusted fleets choose PFM.

Experience dedicated, professional service from a team that understands what's at stake when a vehicle sits idle.

We built our business around one idea: fleet vehicles deserve better. Most shops squeeze commercial work in between everyday car repairs leaving fleet managers dealing with long wait times, inconsistent service, and technicians who don’t specialize in their vehicles. We do things differently.

From day one, PFM has operated as a fleet-exclusive service center. That means every technician, every process, and every tool in our shop is purpose-built for commercial vehicles. Whether you manage five vans or fifty trucks, you get the same dedicated focus, clear communication, and reliable turnaround  every single time.
